Master and Dynamic coupons. A master coupon is a static coupon where the same code is offered to all the recipients. Use Master Coupons for Storewide campaigns where multiple customers can avail the discount using the same coupon code.

A dynamic coupon provides a code that is unique to each recipient. You can set a prefix for the coupon code, to which a system-generated random string will be appended at the end. Use Dynamic Coupons for campaigns that are more targeted in nature.

Discount Type: You can have a percentage-based discount or fixed value discount tied to the coupon. The Value option controls the amount of discount you wish to offer.

Minimum Order: The threshold for minimum order value or quantity can be set in this tab. Discount Coupon will not be redeemed if the value or quantity of the order placed is below this threshold.

Validity of Use: You can control if you wish to allow the coupon to be used only once per customer as well as the total number of times the coupon can be used.

Please note that for Dynamic coupon codes, select Only use once per customer and is recommended to avoid any potential abuse of the code. You may also want to limit the total usage of the coupon.

Any Coupon Codes created in your Mailmunch account will get synced with your Shopify Store as well that can be viewed in the Discounts tab. Master Coupons will be generated in your Shopify store immediately.

Dynamic coupons are generated in real-time when they are offered to your subscribers. You can view this list after the first dynamic coupon code has been generated.
