Landing pages are designed for different reasons, including but not limited to, send traffic from ad campaigns to sell products, and collect email addresses. Landing pages are designed with a specific purpose in mind which differentiates it from any other webpage. Having fewer clickables on your landing page increases conversions, as there are fewer distractions that carry visitors away from the call to action.
To create a Landing Page on Shopify, follow the few simple steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Navigate to your Mailmunch menu bar items on the homepage, and select Campaigns.
Step 2: Click on the CREATE NEW CAMPAIGN button present in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 3: Click on the Landing Page option from the different campaign types displayed.
Step 4: Enter a name that describes your new campaign, and select a list to add the subscribers from this campaign to. Click on the CONFIRM button to proceed.
Step 5: Browse through a variety of eye-catching templates according to categories of all industries and verticals. Hover over the template, and click on the USE TEMPLATE button in order to select it.
Step 6: Design your campaign using the drag and drop feature, and customize the template to your liking. Complete the remaining steps till integration.
Step 7: In the Information step, enter your PAGE NAME, it will be used as an internal title for your Landing page. Enter your PAGE PATH, this is a part of the URL of your page. For example, if we use sample landing page as the PAGE PATH, the URL of your page will be as such, http://my-store.myshopify.com/pages/sample-landing-page.
Step 8: Proceed to the Integration step, and select your email service provider to integrate this campaign with.
Step 9: Navigate to the Publish step, and click on the PUBLISH TO SHOPIFY button. Make sure that the toggle is switched to blue. Copy the short URL as displayed in the attachment below. Click on the FINISH button to activate your landing page.
That's it! Once your Landing page is published, you can now promote and share your page on the social media.
