Please follow the steps mentioned below to import subscribers into your Mailmunch account using a CSV file.
Step 1: Access your Mailmunch account, scroll down the left menu panel on the dashboard, and navigate to the subscribers section by clicking on Subscribers.
Step 2: Click on the IMPORT CONTACTS button.
Step 3: Click to browse, and upload a CSV file of the subscribers that you wish to import into your Mailmunch account.
Step 4: Read and click all the checkboxes to proceed. Click on the CONTINUE button.
Step 5: MailMunch will now validate your CSV file, upload, and then let you choose a corresponding field for each column of your CSV file data. Click on the Create New Field button. You can also create a new field if the corresponding Mailmunch field is not listed in the drop-down list. Click on the Continue button to proceed.
Step 6: Select a Mailmunch list to which these subscribers will be imported in.
Step 7: You can also create a new list here. Click on the CREATE LIST button. Enter a name for the new list, and click on the SAVE button.
Step 8: Click on the CONTINUE button to proceed. Click on the FINISH button. The import process will now begin. You will be notified upon the successful completion of your import. The processing time may vary depending on the number of subscribers being imported.
You will be notified once the import is complete. You can also view the details of your most recent imports in the Import section.
Note: Make sure that your CSV file is in the correct format and that the data is validated. Only comma Separated Files (CSV) are supported. File using any other field separator will not be accepted.
