Step 1: Design forms in each language in your MailMunch account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Behavior step, and expand the Display Rules menu. Set up the rules for each individual form.

This display rule needs to be added to each instance of the translated version of the form to display each form only on the page in their respective language.
