The title of the form can be changed by following the few easy steps mentioned below.
Step 1: Navigate to Campaigns present in the left menu panel, and expand it. Select the FORMS & POPUPS option.
Step 2: Click on the edit icon present next to the form title that you wish to change.
Step 3: Enter the new title in the textbox. Click on the checkbox to save the changes made.
That's it! Your form title has now been changed.
