This article provides a brief overview of how to create and manage Segments, Lists, Tags, and Custom Fields within the Contacts section. These tools are designed to help you organize your audience and streamline your contact management.
Segments: To create a new segment, go to the left panel and click on Segments. Once a segment is created, you can open it to view the contacts that match your selected filters.
Filters: Filters are integrated within the Segments section. To use filters, simply create a new segment using the advanced filtering options.
Once the segment is created, open it to view the filtered contacts.
Lists, Tags, and Custom Fields: Key tools — including Lists, Tags, and Custom Fields — are accessible directly from the left panel.
